Charlane Brady strives to provide exceptional services. If the coaching or services you purchased do not meet your expectations, please review this refund policy.

• Coaching Sessions:
  Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice are non-refundable. Once a session is completed, refunds typically are not provided. Contact us within 48 hours after a session to discuss concerns.
• Online Courses & Digital Products:
  Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• Retreats & Events:
  Specific refund policies will be clearly outlined upon registration. Generally, these events have non-refundable payments due to limited space.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
